On Your picture You need to set the White Balance and the Exposure, and on the skin layer the accurate color in the Color Editor/Skin Tone tools.
The samples shot with Sony a7R V, Sony 50/1.2 GM, F/1.2, ISO100.
Consider: I've not used Skin Retouch in Capture One, I did it later with Portraiture.
